Neck Pain

Neck pain can be irritating and can progress into headaches. So here is a few tips.

  • Keep your shoulders and arms warm and keep the wind off shoulders and arms in Summer months.
  • Make sure you stretch and warm the neck when awakening in the morning.

TuiNa:

  • work the lumbar area
  • work the wrist area
  • work the neck and shoulder area
  • work the ankle area

Exercise:

  • Yoga is highly recommended
  • ChiGong exercises that rotate the neck and torso
  • Neck exercises that rotate the head and tilt the head
